Pulu works for Delta & he's been there going on 5 yrs in Sept. His pay rate is o-k but should be better in my opinion. After 5 years I would expect more, but it's not :/. We really want to buy a house & I'm all for it, except I don't think we can afford to live comfortably. I worry about struggling & I don't want to feel that way EVER! So that's why I hesitate. My hubby is super irritated when the subject is brought up because he's so ready to be out of apt living. I am too, I'm just really scared. I dunno what to do...I need a temple sesh <sigh>

The financial side of life
Yesterday I got a raise. Super exciting right?!! Wellll yes & no. Reasons being is I kinda wanted to quit & I wish it was given to my hubby instead (being that he's the bread winner). Reason why I wanted to quit was to be a better homemaker, I want to have my last baby & I just wanted to depend solely on my hubby. After all it is his job to take care of us. Lol. But I've always worked part time for the $, but really for my sanity. This mom needs a breather from the chirrens daily lol. But also because I don't really like doing HR work. I'm grateful I am learning & growing but it's not me, it's not enjoyable for me..but I looove my boss, so I put up with it for her.

OVERDUE!!!
I know, I know it has been loooong overdue for a post! Sorry ya'll no pics...but I promise my next post will be NO words and all pics! I have been missing and craving some time to sit down and write my life away! It's such a fun, spiritual, relaxing outlet to blog about what's in my head! So here we go.
We went camping at Cherry Hill it was a blast, and we made our first family camping trip memories! We had Pulu's Ika Family Reunion, it was AMAZING and fun fun fun! We had flag week, and birthdays, and bbq's and rugby tournaments, and free lunch and PRIMARY stuff, and Holidays, and well...we had lots and lots of stuff goin on and seriously I have felt really bent out and worn down to the core! But I have enjoyed all the functions, and I know my kids have enjoyed them as well. Our family has been tremendously blessed throughout these ups and downs this month! I mean throughout this crazy month..I can never forget my blessings whether they be big or meager. July is my cursed month, all 3 of my children are born this month. My mother in laws b'day is this month, as well as my niece, 2 holidays are in this month, rugby tournaments, and flag day are all in this month....so yeah July not my fave month!!! ((wide eyed)) haha So ya'll you could understand why I've been M.I.A. Anywho that's been my life thus far. My Tafuna Reunion is starting on Thurs, and then after this month is done...I WILL BE ALL OVER BLOGGING WORLD!! I will post twice a day! lmbo ughhh can't wait! Pray for my sanity ya'll!! :)

Starting a NEW :)
Ok so I was reading my patriarchal blessing, as I always do here and there. Each time I read my blessing, I always take away something, or something pops out a lil more than something else everytime I study it. So these past few times I've read it, I got the same feeling about what I need to be doing in my LIFE! I'll share a lil part of my blessing with you: "Map out and plan your life, so that you will know what you want to do and become." This little part on my blessing has been sticking to me like glue! I go over and over it in my mind. So I decided that I needed to map out my life. I decided to sit alone one day and listen to my heart. I sat there thinking what am I good at, what are my strengths, what do I want to become?...all these questions, and then my AHA moment....NURSING! I mean actually it really isn't aha because I've known since I was in 9th grade that I wanted to be a nurse. I loved helping others, I love children...and I decided I want to become a Pediatric/Maternity Nurse! I KNOW I would love to see new life being brought into this world day in and day out. I know I would enjoy nursing the new mothers back to health. It is my passion, it is my Strength, and I know I would love it!
So I thought, ok now that I know what I want to become...how do I do it?? I use to be in a program a while back called the Y.E.S (youth employ-ability services) program. It is a program that helps ages 18-24 get on track with school, employment, self-esteem etc. You have to qualify income wise (be poor) lol...to be on this program. Anyways I didn't really do much while I was on it. You could say life just got the best of us, and now I soo wish I would've taken advantage of all the opportunities I had. Looking forward...I called one of the case managers in hopes he would still remember me. Sure enough he did and told me to come in and talk to him. So I told him my thoughts and he directed me to IHC Murray hospital. He told me to apply there so that they could pay for me to go to Nursing school. He then perfected my resume, he had me apply at some jobs that offer full bennies but are part time, he is keeping in contact with me to see if IHC gives me an interview! I am sooo NERVOUS, and really really excited to take on this CHALLENGE! I know this will be really really tough, but I am ready for a change. I am so grateful to the YES program for helping me out, even tho I'm old and not on the program anymore. Please pray for me, and give me some advice if you have any on school, work, and home life! I hope this sacrifice will pay off for our family in the future! :)
This will be my life! hahaha
